I am unsure if all zoning classifications are the same across the US, but I live in Hamilton County in Indiana and would like to know the difference between Z1 to Z5 zoning pertaining to land use along a city street . Thank you. Fritz Brucker (

I have been reviewing the zoning ordinance for Fishers Indiana, including the zoning map and the Town of Fishers, Unified Development Ordinance, and I do not see any references to Z1 or Z5. I also did a general search for z1 and z5 zoning, as many municipalities (as it appears that Fishers did) adopt unified or model codes for zoning, and I found no reference to this in any of those places either.

If access to the town zoning ordinance material doesn't help, please provide some additional information so that I can search out better the details you are looking for.
