Can I or should I evict the male tenant?

In a four family apartment I have a married male tenant in apt.3 who has made unwanted and unprovoked sexual advances to a married female in apt.2.

Hi,

Difficult case. Long shot....bring an action for eviction based on the theory that you as the owner are getting complaints from the other tenant that HER tenancy is being disrupted by the actions of the male and that your warranty of habitability as to her apartment is being violated. Other alternative. Get her to get a protective order against him and testify for her.
