Two sisters are joint tenants in a house in PA. One of them has a pension, the other has no source of income or health insurance.. The uninsured sister has just been hospitalized. Is there any way of protecting the house from the hospitalized sister's creditors?

Not at this time. She could have quit deeded her part of the home over to you prior to the hospital admission. I would suggest that she file under an indegent care program. Most all hospitals have them and she very well may qualify. Let me know if you need further assistance.
